I walk to work about 30 minutes each way. My evening commute today was 99 degrees, but 30 minutes of walking in that is preferable to 30 minutes sitting in air-conditioned comfort on I-77.

Despite the 99-degree temperature I saw someone jogging on my way home. That can’t be too healthy.

Didn’t he hire only the best people? His attorney general even said that his big lie was all bullshit! And even his own daughter sided with his attorney general. And he is still at it…unbelievable.

Celebrated Father’s Day with my girls yesterday…they treated me to a new taco joint downtown Ann Arbor, Condado Tacos, definitely recommended. Got tempted to have a margarita but I resisted as I may have fallen asleep driving back home.

Radidisson fits in the same category as Avios, I collected plenty of points but very hard to use. Actually, Avios is worse, I keep looking for AA to release domestic partner awards and I haven’t been able to find any since fall last year (thanks to dynamic awards).

@ Nick: I must admit I was too harsh on Country Inn properties! I have had good experience with them when…I could use them. Reliable brand. Similar to Hyatt Place imho…which I of course will prefer if it came down to the two of them. The one in Traverse City, MI when we did the Michigan road trip a few years ago and another earlier summer came in very handy! A few times very recently when they came up…they were for 35k points and up for a very low cash cost so I am not sure the “deal” aspect is out there prominently. In isolated cases they can come in very handy of course and I am hoping to finally find some use for my last Radisson points. Not sure when and how many points I will move from the Americas program yet.
