Is basic economy fares in AA covered by the waiver for March?

There is a positive about all this virus crap. Son is back home and his company just let everyone work from home until further notice so he is sticking around here. Good to have him home…

In my last few flights Avios posted exactly 48hrs after the flight.
I’m waiting anxiously for Alaska to accrue AA miles again (they said early spring) so I can credit there, as the Avios earning rates are pretty poor.
