I just complained today about a relatively minor issue with DL and they threw 5K SM in my account.

….. and now he removed that post too

Didn’t get a chance to see if he plagiarized something there too.

Man, he’s had a rough few days

Odds are by the time you get there, he’ll have apologized for “accidentally” putting the wrong link and put in the correct one

And LOL, in his reporting a deal long past everyone else having done so (the Amex 25 for 15), he didn’t actually bother checking if the deal was still alive

2 hrs delay without notice caused me to miss meeting in ATL
no upgrade as Plat (ok, I know how this goes, I threw it in there for extra factor)
Two drops of water from emergency door pull cover near landing (the main reason I wrote so they can look into it,could be a major maintenance problem!)

I also told them that 3 out of 4 legs of my trip were perfect. And the two ATL GAs were the BEST I have ever seen.

Delta’s response was fantastic, they do actually read everything and respond to each point. It is the way airline responses should be.

I am fine with just 7.5k…I expected more and I am not going to sue about it;-)
