And aim for a pace at 9 minutes per mile or less, meaning about 1 hr 56 minutes or so. Maybe go for it in the last mile and aim for under 1.55 hrs. So, in a freezing morning I just went out and ran a personal best at 1 hr 50 mins and 14 seconds. Previous PR was 1.55.01.

And now time for pizzaaaaaa!

Looks like Shoigu, the Russian defense #1 guy who has been missing ever since the hideous invasion started…had a “heart attack”…sure.

And watching Pukin whine how the world wants to cancel Russia playing the victim here is…beyond bizarre. He should stop watching Fox News before he loses it…whatever little he has left.

Posted on Twitter that pic of Zelensky and Biden with their troops and Pukin in that super long table with his yes men on the other side…what a contrast!
