With 3 credit card sales and 0 coffees sold month to date, along with losing 3 email list subscribers, I think I am going to give myself a 3 month challenge to keep this blog rolling or just move on with my life.

Average of 5 cc sales and 20 coffees sold per month

To keep it respectable and perhaps avoid showing a loss for the year. Of course getting paid for my time has always been a fantasy around here. If I can’t even manage this low bar, after almost 13 years, I am moving on to transform my firm to the next level to take care of clients for the long term (more than my own useful life).

Best friends here in Ann Arbor are Thais so I am in tune with the culture quite a bit. From what I have learned so far about Thailand real estate, I do not intend to buy there ever. Well, never say never of course…but renting there makes so much more sense. Or staying in Hyatts lol.

After the earthquake you might find some screaming hot deals on high rise condos. Thais are very superstitious, so they might not want to be in that market any more BUT they are notorious for not taking baths on property sales. They’ll have a place sit empty for years rather than take a discount on rent or outright sale.
