How does that work then? Since the equation is spending minus taxes raised, you can change either side to create a deficit.

I have zero hope that they will work on reigning in Defense Spending, Social Entitlements and other wastes of tax dollars. But cutting taxes shouldnt be viewed as an expense.

Obesity/overweight is a great risk factor. Some exercise is recommended but it’s more important to reduce calori intake than exercising.
