Just checking in before leaving to show her Detroit!

Day started in the most awesome way, won 5,000 SPG points in their daily game, woohoo!

Just booked the Fairmont in Chicago for two nights next week, FREEEEEE. Well, 2nd night free, 1st night paid with Fairmont gift cards. What was awful was that I could not use a suite upgrade, all were booked (only Gold Floor, no thanks $$$). So I only used a room upgrade certificate from standard to deluxe. Oh boy, will we survive this? #joking

Hey easy on MMS because Emily has learned something new 😉 Do all Greek people look alike 🙂 It is very generous of you and she is getting the trip of her life that will stay in memory for a very long time maybe forever as all great trips do although the memories change just to a feeling after some time but it stays there. These are the most powerful experiences at least in my world.

Did you tell your guest about the upcoming election and an amazing choice we are facing?
Did you explain her why prescription drugs are 5x more expensive here than in Europe?
Did you explain her why a hard-working guy who missed a couple of mortgage payments is losing his home, but Apple keeping $200 Billion in Ireland is not paying any taxes?
Did you tell her how we created the biggest mess in the Middle East, so millions of homeless people are coming to her home country now?
