Over 80 degrees yesterday in Ann Arbor. But it looks like one more snow storm next week, boo.

Taking three days off running, today is #2. Tried running yesterday and the pain below my knee has intensified to very worrying degrees…Pray for me. Staying healthy in marathon shape is becoming increasingly difficult, just devastating, just 10 days from the Toledo Marathon!

One cc and one BMAC conversion this month…wonder if blog revenue will surpass three digits this month. My plan to sell the blog for a bigly amount, it appears, are not that realistic after almost 11 years lol.

Anyway, blog revenues are immaterial and are donated and no I am not going to blast it all over how generous I am for the $ clicks like other bloggers do. But each one I must admit..it does help me not feel like a loser and keep this baby going…to educate/entertain and sometimes even inspire.

Now if I can get that knee bruise stop acting up…

I don’t live in the most expensive “neighborhood” in NC (Linville? Really?) but I do live a few blocks from the most expensive zip code in NC. One day my wife and I were out walking there (lovely tree canopy and architecture, great for walking) and we started chatting with a woman who was out in front of her house. She mentioned that her son had just graduated from college and I said “Congratulations! What’s he doing now?” And she said, “He was just drafted by the Giants.” And that’s how we net Daniel Jones’s mom.

Speaking of that link, very early in my career I had a prospect meeting with someone from that neighborhood in Michigan. It was the second strangest meeting I ever had. Of course the guy was not a good fit.

I never got Bitcoin and I sure never traded it…not like I trade anything lol. Should have known what to do when Jim Cramer said to sell it at $18k, lol, what a legend!
Yeah, I was thinking about ML’s book…I think he is missing the boat if he waits a little more, this John Ray is picking him apart…Naaah, never mind, it will be a great read as always. Amazing quote about finding $50 million, “such is life”. This is like me finding a crisp $5 bill in a jacket’s pocket I have not wore since the Fall!
If this is not MC’s year, it will never be! I still say they find a way to fall on their sword…like they do every year.

Never heard about Manalapan,FL (pop 400). I really thought Beverly Hills or some small CO ski resort would be the wealthiest neighborhood.
Maybe it’s finally ManC’s year to win the CL.
FTX, insane. Not sure why Bitcoin is up 80% this year. Why trade bonds (it’s been a difficult year) when you can just get on the Bitcoin rocket! When will Michael Lewis’ book about SBF come out? Or do we already know everything?

In reply to David. I've only been to Palermo. Plus a train ride to Catania to eat at a specific restaurant. Very amazing and interesting and fun place, but watch out for pickpockets and scammers, big time, especially in the open air markets. Great time to go there and I am sure you will have a blast! I'm here for a month, hitting a few places before settling in for that last half in Florence.
