Radisson Blu Amsterdam location is perfect for poke and toke. Well, with that click bait headline…it worked for me!

We had some news about some cards from our favorite bank here and here.
The weekend was very slow, even slower than a normal weekend. Only plastic pushing bloggers were going nuts selling plastic. It is getting really desperate out there, wow! It’s the usual suspects, so called Titans or something.
I have never watched the Oscars. Not miles related, I just wanted to throw that out there.
Wish you all a great week, file your tax returns NOW!
And I leave you with this…

I’m not sure the links to the Reddit newbie guide work. And I’m not sure I would be praising yet another way to bring more rookies into the game with hardly any effort on their part. Helping people out is not the same as spoonfeeding.
Think of it this way: We only have two kegs, and the more people you bring to the party, the sooner the beer runs out.

How is Denver easy to defend? I thought it’s next to the mountains, not in the mountains.

I find it a bit odd that bloggers in The Hobby haven’t mentioned what just happened in Fiji.

I don’t want to stand too long on the “care what I care about!” soapbox, but it feels a bit off to have a number of people talk about how travel widens their perspectives and educates them, but then have nothing to say about the places they’ve been once they’ve left.
I wouldn’t expect people to focus on the Ethiopian famine or the Syrian crisis, because they’re not popular travel destinations, but Fiji seems pretty squarely in the South Pacific/overwater bungalow wheelhouse, and you’ll find plenty of posts about Fiji’s national airline and their chain hotels.
I also seem to remember the “points” community discussing charity links for past disasters.

Thanks for sharing the KImberley link. I thought “Wow, that looks cool! I wonder how much for a cruise with Odyssey?” and about spit out my coffee when I saw $7950 pp as the “cheap” rate for the 9-day itinerary. Which is about $5700 USD at current exchange rates. I suppose that is not a bad fare compared to other “small ship” cruise itineraries that I’ve seen in other places, but any way you cut it, that’s a boatload of Barclay Arrival points!

Apologies to all…Crazy day, full of taxes and at night terrorizing the opposing goalie scoring 2 goals in a 5-1 win! #winning
