In the continuous evolution of this blog, in an effort to stop spending so much time on it barely making minimum wage, I am going to make another change. I am going to make these (former “Sunday”) eclectic type posts more frequently. Maybe every Tuesday and Thursday (assuming I have five worthy links each that is) and leave the blog Buzz type posts for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. #developing

The occupations with the highest and lowest divorce rates in the US

Apparently, actuaries have the lowest divorce rate and gaming managers the highest. I am still lol-ing on the “gaming” word…
Flight attendants is an occupation with the third highest divorce rate.
There is another table with the divorce rates in industries which is very interesting as well.

America’s Marijuana Evolution
What a great post explaining it all so clearly.
I was always in favor of full legalization so we can take the huge money involved in the harder drugs out of the equation. Plus, it can raise lots of money in forms of taxes and increased business activity for worthier causes as people will do drugs anyway. Besides, have you seen someone doing anything violent after doing weed? Ok, bring on the haters for this one as well.
Like I said, it is all laid out…
The state of marijuana laws in the United States has changed appreciably over the last two decades. This rapid evolution can be tracked along five important axes:
- An expanding landscape of state marijuana laws;
- Ballooning public support for marijuana legalization;
- Shifting enforcement policy from the White House;
- Congress warming to the need for reform; and,
- State policymakers stepping up to support legalization without backlash.
If someone can invent weed that does not give you the munchies…that would be great!

Thank you for the post. The marijuana evolution is a great post, I am all about the taxes and medical assistance for whomever needs it. Amsterdam is not going to go out of style, but I am sure there will be less U.S. college students making a trip there than there used to be.
