3 hours per date writing posts x two years. U could have been a walmart greeter with that time and paid some of that tuition due.

Thanks for the inspiration. It has been really fun to watch it all from a blogger’s perspective. Actually, it has been a blast! My writing has improved so much after I started blogging because I learned how to “let go”. Day job is doing wonders & it is all due to my writing…so thank you for reading and inspiring to keep going!

11,000 people a day read FTG? Probably good people, hard workers, nice to their parents (enough on that for this week-Dubai, Dubai). Well, PT said there’s one born every minute. It is amazing how that ‘Jimmy the Grunt’ act wows ‘em over. I imagine they’re all looking forward to going to the Super Bowl on miles and points, and maybe scoring a one way award to Europe on US Air before the merger.
Face it, Buzz, Menken was right. No one ever went broke under-estimating the intelligence of the American public. And in the land of the blind, even a one-eyed man is king.

Ah buzz. Don’t be angry. You demean, criticize and personally attack others. So why shouldn’t you get a little of that back at you? Big difference is the big boys don’t use vulgarity in their posts, have readerships much larger (must be they are meeting the needs of the public) than you and have successfully monetized. But gotta hand it to ya. You’ve got them counting up to first five now. wow. great stuff. Winning the comment war as well, and offering secure credit cards and payday loans that nobody is clicking on, while criticizing others for what they promote.
Mission accomplished. entertaining to say the least.

ever gone to the grocery store and tried to checkout paying with comments? Particiularly when 50% of them you make yourself congratulating readers on their order of finish. Try using that MBA for something useful like online civility or maybe how to increase their credit score to 700+. Based on the date you have provided, seems that would be an appropriate and worthwhile topic 
It is entertaining watching the justification nation here at TBB.

Hey George. You are so silly. Internet brands has nothing to say about how I comment on your blog. It is all me my friend. And having a blast each and every day thinking of you spending 3-6 hours on this blog, first on disclosure, then blue links. Don’t forget the Siskel and Ebert era or the vulgarity phase. I get a great laugh not “with” but “at” you watching you morph into your latest attempt. And now that we’ve entered the hypocrisy era offering substandard credit card (secured ones) and payday loans it’s even more comical. And I’m starting to think after two years, that MBA of your stands for More Bashing Ahead? Seems to be your only consistent attribute.
Keep it up buddy. I love it thinking of you one minutes swearing you are done and the next minute watching your massive ego and inferiority complex coming back for more at the highly successful conversion rate you are getting.
the sad part is buzz, you only made two mistakes but are too bullheaded to admit it. Your timing sucked. The blogs that were successful weren’t all that special. they just existed or started when the affiliate links programs got started. Those bloggers didn’t sit around and “think” about it for a couple years. they acted and it paid off for them. In short George, you and many others missed the boat not because of quality, there are thousands of experts in the hobby. You are one of them. You were just late for the game and watching your envy of those that timed it right is a real study in human behavior.
the second error is you went negative. The only ones successful by going negative are politicians. Isn’t that a great group to associate with? and you had so much to offer to masses. but 99.2% will have nothing to do with repeated negativity. so how’s that working for ya?
I suggested two years ago that you could have been a great addition to the blog world with your humor, ability to find interesting thing on the web and your expertise in the world of personal finance. But instead you stayed negative and spent the second half of your blog on Anger and Envy.
We are only competing for conversions for another month and then you’ll be the only one of us “pimping for profits”
but don’t worry, I’ll still stop in to show you the love buddy. I think it actually does motivate you to keep going. and the idea of you spending that much time for so little return, brings a real smile to my face.

On Monday there is another typically long trip report. This time from Oahu Hawaii.
On Tuesday well nada scheduled so far…still trying to come to terms for this blog earning 32 cents the day the Star Mega Do 2 trip report posted after spending hours on it . I must be the worst pimp ever in the blogosphere LOL.
I was going to post my trip report from the Brazil World Cup but what’s the rush after this demoralizing debacle? Actually I have a picture from the Azul monthly magazine that shows Randy Petersen modeling something….it looks JUST like him! Is Randy moon lighting as a model? Hmmm…
