I usually do not post on Saturdays. But I just read a wonderful profile of United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz and his incredibly inspiring story of how he bounced back after a heart attack and heart transplant to come back to lead United. He has a really tough job ahead and it appears he is doing well and wish him the best. It is good for our hobby to have more competition!
As I was reading this article, I could not help but think “WTF, how can a vegan exercise nut with no history of heart problems and nothing detected in regular checkups end up on life support and using the heart of a 30 year old, wow!”. It just goes to show you how fragile life can be…if it can happen to him…
