There are limited numbers of H1B generated in for profit organizations. There’s no H1B limit in not-for-profit organization such as universities. That’s why most university labs are filled with lots of Chinese and Indians.

R&D at Universities will grind to a halt. And educated Americans will have to be paid a lot more doing research at institutions. Universities are too powerful for this to happen.
Yea We need more IT people….we need more APPs for our phones, what will we do without all this IT help? WE Can’t live without Snapchat, Twitter, TIKTOK or Bitmoji… NOT!………….Life was better/simpler/less stressful/kinder/whiter (just put that last one in to get Buzz started) in the past.
