Why would you order TP (or rather ‘bathroom tissue’ to be PC) from Amazon?
TravelBloggerBuzz says
I don’t order from Amazon anymore as I don’t get paid ๐

Buzz, that Citibank tracker link is interesting and also reminded me of there current cc offering. That 50K bonus for AA, is that pretty standard? With how many cards can I get a good AA bonus? Is there any fast way to get more points like there is with Chase eg. gift cards and so forth ?
OK sorry for everyone else who hates this cc talk, I’m a total noob, I even stooped so low as to having one of these “awards travel booking service” guys do my last reservations for me ! What can I say ! ! !
Buzz I am just glad you are here to help me navigate my way around the “free” travel blogosphere, ie. who is legit and who is full of hot air. I mean come on, even I get a little suspicious when I see people hawking “frequent flyer boot camp” courses for $500.
Now a hardball question for you. I’m thinking there are some guys you don’t link to because of whatever reason, but what about if they posted some invaluable piece of info ? Naaaah, wouldn’t happen because when one person posts it, several others also post the same thing, right ?
OK answered my own question there.
I think the fact that several of these guys won’t link to you anymore is about the highest compliment and endorsement they could give you ! ! !
My credit is pretty good, I want to share something with the readers although they won’t care and will think I am bragging, lol. Here’s the funny thing, it took about a week and a half or more to get approved for my Chase Ink card when I applied in the branch, but when I applied for the Sapphire card online a couple of months later through my fave travel blogger’s website, I was approved instantly, how does that happen ? I already have had the Chase Explorer card for years.
How long should I wait to apply for Citi AA cards ? Maybe after I get to my minimum spend on the Sapphire at least.
Also, I’m thinking of setting up a web domain with my name and address to see if Amex will send me one of those high-roller 100K points offers. I don’t really even know what those Amex points are good for (cash off of tix and hotels?) but still, it’s 100K points, woohoo! Only thing is, I don’t want to pay a $450 annual fee, I know it is easy to recoup that if one keeps track of such things but I find it hard to find my post-it notes on some days so keeping track probably isn’t going to happen.

PS What is this about being first to post a reply here, even when I get up like at 330am over here on the West Coast someone has already posted here ! ! !

Get the CSP min spend done first. You don’t need to overload yourself. Wait a month at least. Go at your own pace.
Sometimes you just got to DO it and stop talking about it ๐ This is how you learn best ๐
Go over my email. That FT wiki has all you need to know about the AA cards. This hobby requires work.

I have to confess that I’m curious about the Top 5 affiliate bloggers as well. I can guess 3 with reasonable assurance: OMAAT, TPG, VFTW. After that, it’s a lot more iffy, but some possibilities might be FTG, MMS, PMM. Anyone else have any insights?
TravelBloggerBuzz says
Yep, your Top 5 are mine as well.

Hey this is me, I didn’t mean to post as anonymous ! ! !
Thanks Silvio and Buzz, Bunga Bunga ! ! !
Yes definitely don’t want to overload myself, I could easily lose track.
Put another 2K into BB last few days, (pats self on back). Need to put some of that $$ into CS though. I can pay insurance and so forth with it. I have not seen where paying mortgage and rent works however, the fees are just too high.

@Oliver – you’d be surprised what people will buy on Amazon – I resold some bathroom tissue and made a profit…
