This is going to be even shorter than yesterday, wow! The idea behind my site from day one was for me to go through the blogosphere and bring you the best so you don’t go looking around…just come here. I thought it was a good niche at the time. I jokingly said that the TBB tagline was going to be “We waste our time around the blogs so you don’t have to”. Or something like that. But the basic idea behind my site still stands…

So, when there is not that much quality content that passes my highly regarded screens….Buzz posts get short. Sorry about that, you know I don’t like to mail it in. It is what it is.

This Amex offer comes around so often…it is ridiculous! 10,000 Membership Rewards points to enroll in the Pay Over Time option. Lets get something straight here for the newbies. We try to enroll in this for the points without having ANY intention to actually do this, we ALWAYS pay the full balance. EVERY month. Got it? So, after trying for a while in recent times, my wife is targeted for a change, always so exciting to earn more points so easily! No wonder it snowed again in Michigan today. Try for yourself…the direct link worked for her but you can try the other methods if not.

So…how fast do these 10k points post? I am asking because wife’s Amex Platinum is coming up for renewal and would love to be offered another 30k pts to keep it. I doubt it as I don’t think she I used it after the minimum spend was done and then twice for the $200 airline credits.

PSA: IHG Rewards Club points expire if no activity in 12 months. Maybe Delta was right to not expire them…do you feel the pain of those members losing their points this way? So sad. And this from a program that used to tout how their points never expire for years, oh the irony…sad!

This is just insane. AccorHotels made another acquisition. Holy mother of God…these guys are buying something every day or what? Anyone know the CEO to put in a good word for me, maybe they can buy me out too! Oh wait…they bought an outfit with the name Availpro. Yeah, never heard of it either.

I don’t have much else TBB worthy to share, I am sorry. I could fake it with some BS but, you know, every thing I share is awesome as TBB is uniquely associated with pure awesomeness. Oh wait…integrity toooooo!

I was going to save this for the Sunday feature, you know the one with the three links I love…which are never three. But since things are so dead…you need to take the time to read this and share it with your family members. Especially if you are caring for elderly parents! Thank you again to four readers who got three SPG cards and a Barclay card. Heck, I may even make the minimum quota for this month at this rate! So I can keep exposing the truth, you know, like the PBS Frontline show does. Not sure why that came to me just now, maybe it is because I have taped their special on North Korea. Ok, I lost my track of thought, happens more as you get older. My point was…

This whole industry depends on limited time credit card promotions! I look back in my glorious pumping history (please laugh…I am!) and I now get it! Conversions spike when there is a deadline around a promotion. When everybody sells, sells, sells. You know, blog screams like “LAST CHANCE”, “HURRY”, etc. If there is no exciting promo….click activity goes way down. Same with the SPG promo that just ended. Makes sense now…hey, I am slow.

Even Titans slow down…without juicy promotions. For the record, I only post here blog posts whose WHOLE purpose is to move product for the banks…and I just pick the most obvious 🙂

Amazing how View From The Wing wrote that click baity headline about the SPG 35k cards hiding in plain sight. Phuck, it fooled me too…I clicked! Only to be sold the Marrriott credit card…so slick many bloggers will say….so shitty I say. #barf

Apparently, there was an elite friendly change by Delta to make it easier for companion tickets and awards to be upgraded. I don’t give a shit, sorry. (HT: IAD Gr69/Alan H./Suzy Q.).

Just fyi, to watch out. Amex opened a new SPG account for son, even though he I entered his own SPG number in the application! Best way to handle it after the fact is to call SPG to fix this, they know what to do . What you end up doing is merging the old SPG number to the new one linked with Amex. But it will require setting up a new online profile for the new SPG number. Do not attempt to get Amex to fix this, they are awful!

Hmm, am I becoming huge or what? I just received an offer to become a Paid Influencer for some new app that is launching. “You’ll be paid to post on about all your great Dosh deals at a minimum of 10-12x per year“. Bloggers jump at this stuff. Not me…because how in the hell am I supposed to write freely about something that I get paid for?. Ok, I gave the app name, go ahead you struggling blogger, maybe you can make it by becoming a paid bitch. Pass! I just don’t do this shit. Maybe I would if I did not have integrity….bwaahahahahahahaha.

Facebook reminded me of this pic of my kids 7 years ago. In Los Cabos. We stayed at the awesome Los Cabos Hilton, my kids still remember it vividly!

And I leave you with this…Since it is tax time, lol.
