Not sure why Citi sends an envelope via UPS telling me that the Prestige card…is on its way, what a waste!
United is giving away one billion miles. It allows unlimited entries. AVOID these like the plague unless you have too much free time in your hands. I prefer ONE time entries. I only do daily entries if the prize is a car or something. Thanks to RoboForm (REFERRAL link), it takes me a few secs using RF’s FillForm feature.

I found ThankYou points to be garbage, hard to use because of a lousy search engine, agents that couldn’t do much more, and overpriced flights. My wife hated having to explain every time why the stripe was on the wrong side of the Prestige card. Without lounge access, WTF’s the point?
The Flexpoints portal is equally terrible; three times I’ve pulled back and used other means because a flight priced at, say $389, prices at $419 for Flexpoints. Will be rid of it soon.

I had the same WTF when I got the UPS envelope from Citi today. It did contain a PIN code, but…seriously…how am I gonna use that PIN for cash (not that I ever would) without the friggin’ card? They should lower the annual fee by $10-$20 and send that stupid letter by regular mail (or just keep cost savings using slow mail method… #CitiPleaseCallMeIfYouNeedAConsultant )
