I have a lot to say and have saved several links to excerpt and pour my incendiary commentary at these guys…but real job is having one of all those mega storms at the moment with deaths, funerals, medical things like dementia and Parkinson’s.
You add to that the about to start tax season and major disruption at home with construction guys. And then just looking over at the credit card conversions with the indicator remaining at $0 is just so awfully demoralizing. Actually, it is worse than that. Last cc sale here was December 11! Since then, it appears I will eventually get credited for 4 Capital One cards (three from my own family). A Citibank Strata Elite app got caught in the 4506 tax form mayhem and lost its tracking. If that was not bad enough, a reader got the Marriott Boundless card when it was off my approved cc list! Only to be notified it is now in the approved list less than a week later, it is maddening. Close but no cigar.
Anyway Christian, you and about 6 others have been great supporters and thank you. Oh wait, there is more. Last coffee sale was from a reader who moved to Europe who just had enough of the whole miles & points direction and is out of churning. Seems like so many of us are firmly on this route and this is a secular move (looking at you Chase). Then again, Frequent Miler sells enough plastic to pay 5 full time salaried staff. And here I am trying to break even going a full month + without a single credited sale, it’s not fair 🙂
