If you enjoy a latte (I prefer Skinny Mocha extra hot!) just do it! And just be mindful of the big stuff where it really makes a difference!

TPG deleted his tweet about the trains – what did it say?

TPG had a puff piece about Trump’s first flight on Air Force One and got chewed out big time.

Nothing against trains…just a train guy got offended by him glowing about Trump glowing about his Air Force flight

The reason people in the land of the free spend so much on housing, transportation and food is because the first two are mostly oversized and because no one cooks a decent meal on their own on a regular basis… 🙁
I have to say: developing basic cooking skills increased my quality of life.
From high school senior year as an exchange student here in the US, I picked “Home Economics” class to learn about…economics. Instead, I learned how to make scrambled eggs and pancakes, real life skills 🙂
Sure, size matters! But low interest rates have increased house prices more ($/sq ft). Countries with yuuge land masses have seen house prices going through the roof (Canada and Australia).
