Travel Rewards Credit Card Recommendation Flowchart
This is a fantastic resource from reddit. I must admit I agree with almost everything in it. The good old days of applying for multiple travel rewards credit cards in the same day are over. We now have to be more strategic. Make that a LOT more strategic! With the continued beatings this hobby has taken the trend is to be a free agent, focus on one or two great cash back cards and then just pick up some easy miles/points here and there, yawn!

This was a late addition. This happens a lot with my TBB Best of Web posts! The backlog is crazy long…I may do another one in my next post, we shall see.
This is from a colleague and is deeply personal. VERY deeply personal. The struggles they went through with his son who had lots of issues revolving anxiety and depression.
I feel for all families dealing with these things. Me and my wife have been unbelievably blessed with our children. So far at least. And perhaps this article acts as an inspiration for others parents dealing with issues like this. And yes this has a good ending. A surprisingly good ending that is!

It was a nice and touching read about Max and Kenny and Chica. I loved the happy surprise ending.
I applied for just my 2nd card of 2019 on Monday, and used your link. I’ve basically had to choose between getting below 5/24 or applying for cards I don’t love, so I’m planning on a Southwest CP next year. Fingers crossed my Alaska Biz card gets approved today.
Bank of America came thru for us, Buzz…my card was approved.
my visit to Don Pedro Restaurante came right thru me in about a half hour

Oh man, the new SW card is getting the best press on the blogs since the Sapphire Reserve, or the Uber card, or whatever the last new big thing was! But maybe this is slightly better. It must be, the bloggers all had to hit the thesaurus: “Awesome!” “Amazing” “Great new card”. Ok 80k points is nothing to laugh at but even FM only values it at $800/first year. That’s hardly AMAZING or AWESOME. And we are all 5/24 so who cares. Can’t wait till Trump starts a Trump&Pump FF blog. It’ll be Amazing, thats for sure. Tremendous. Biggest bonus biggest fingers.
