We take a look on the glorious TBB Blog Review Lists once again. Because TBB stands for quality. Resist the click bait bullshit!
TBB Blog Mission: To Entertain. Educate. Inspire. In That Order!

Did you miss the two posts over the weekend here?
Former USSR Quest, Best Rooftop Bars, US Immigration Rocks, Killing Cancer, Comedian Russell Howard
Disappearing Computer, Older Millennials, Social Media Addiction, Ashikaga
This whole blog started with the main idea to review the miles and points blogosphere and curate for you what I find to be quality content. Which expanded into being a blog critic. Which then expanded into touching other topics, such as personal finance, travel, comedy, photography and whatever I found worthy to share with you. Which then lead me recommending lists of blogs.
These recommendations are intensely personal.
I have been reading all these blogs since they started and been around this hobby since its inception. I know how to judge quality. And separate it from pure bullshit.
Every once in a while I take a look at these lists and see whether I should make some changes. And I always ask for your input. Please let me know if you have any suggestions as far as blogs to add or delete from my lists. And why.
As I go through thousands of blog posts daily in my Feedly app, I keep mental track of which blogs are in a zone, so to speak, to be worthy of being included (or dropped off) in one of my lists. Always developing.
The blogosphere has been infested with increasing posts of pure tabloid sensationalist click baity headlines shit, all designed to get you to click on them so they can increase page views and therefore advertising revenue. This does not apply to my blog. I stick with quality aiming for educated readers with a certain level of intelligence instead of gullible newbies who are kept in the dark on purpose so they can get $$ converted.
Blogging independently can be a lonesome thankless herculean task. It is up to readers to support such bloggers or they will also eventually quit and go away, sometimes hired by commercial blogs whose primary purpose is to monetize their readers, NOT look after their best interests #sad. Do NOT let this happen, support small bloggers!
Just a few updates:
I rearranged the order of the Ignore blogs. In order of suckiness now (to me!).
I deleted Noob Traveler from the Ignore list, it appears the site has folded.
I deleted Mighty Travels from the Ignore list. The site just does its thing, outside the mainstream miles and points blog space.
It appears both Lazy Traveler and PointsCentric have stopped posting. I still have them on the list. But if no new posts anytime in the near future, it appears they may be done for good?
Needless to say, TravelBloggerBuzz is the blog I Adore. But not starting a separate list for that as I am just not that comfortable promoting my Blog Thought Leadership you guys lol.
And I leave you with this…TBB pumping his links without integrity whatsoever! Bwahahahaha!
TBB BLOGS I LOVE
Weed in Albania. Communist party headquarters in Bulgaria. Homeless people in Budapest. My favorite travel blogger. I enjoy every post, they are all unique and original! And the pictures are awesome too. Hope he posted more often.
How can you describe Twisted Sifter? Eclectic appears to be an understatement. I get this feeling that my life being is enhanced with what appears here.
Ok, not a blog technically. What they do is find flight deals. I recommend following them on Twitter. I get their tweets on my smart phone and I get excited every time. I also wished my home airport was not Detroit!

Where are the other this weekend? Slackers!

I’m somewhere over northwest Indiana. Very bourbon trailed out…
ABC says
“I started noobtraveler to be an oasis for newbies to come and find the resources that they need without any judgment. I’ve dedicated myself to educating other newbies and the average traveler on the points game. I want them to enjoy dream vacations like I have.”
The hobby has lost another altruist.

No worries…As long as MMS finds bloggers for the Friday interviews…altruistic bloggers will keep on coming…smh.

View from the Wing: one of the worst, by your criteria, TBB.
And yet, he is the one who regularly tips us off to award availabilty opening up on usually unavailable routes.
So I keep him on my list and read very selectively.
TBBTheDude says
“regularly”?
I stand by what I wrote.
He writes tabloid shit like this…
Walking in on Breastfeeding Mom in the Lavatory
American Airlines Passenger Bites Flight Attendant’s Hand, Opens Galley Door and Jumps Onto Tarmac
United Express Captain Arrested for Botched Castration of Transgender Woman
Delta Holding Puppy Hostage in Guatemala
please…

I love how within the space of a few days, VFTW was pumping the Delta Amex CCs and then later slamming Delta for being untrustworthy, useless, worse than Satan (I may have made up the last one). VFTW not only has no integrity but can’t even at least try to hide it. Not to mention the tabloid posts too.

Bad call on mighty travels. That loser is TPG bad.
TravelBloggerBuzz says
Need more convincing…
Just a non factor in the miles/points land. Probably gets more traffic for being on my list as many check it out because…they likely never heard of it.
Shonuffharlem says
Why don’t you have a probation list for non posting blogs and after six months or whatever on probation they get deleted.
TBBTheDude says
In a way I do…unofficially…it’s all in my brain!
Thanks for the feedback.
