Millions Are Hounded for Debt They Don’t Owe. One Victim Fought Back, With a Vengeance
What an amazing story. Someone decided to fight back against asshole scammers and he made them wish they did not piss him off! I love these stories, BRAVO! You will learn a lot and you will be shocked. I don’t do moronic Kardashian type clickbait posts around here to attract clicks. And it shows lol.
Bitcoin Is a Delusion That Could Conquer the World
This is actually a fairly balanced article about the mania going on right now…What the hell is going on? The article lays out some possible explanations. Well, I am going with #4:
4. Maybe it’s just this simple: Bitcoin is an unprecedentedly dumb bubble built on ludicrous speculation.
The WIRED Guide to Digital Security
This is a fantastic collection of articles about digital security. They are separated by three types of target readers: Civilian, Public Figure and Spy. I implemented all steps outlined for Spies #kidding
The Little Blue Pill: An Oral History of Viagra
Some of the quotes in this piece are priceless. Thanks to the miners in Whales for discovering it and blog reader ABC for recommending it in the comments!
Jamie Reidy (Viagra salesman): Pfizer had to conduct sexual harassment training and do several hours of workshops, especially for the female reps who are going to be talking about erections all day long.
Spitz: I had a guy, well into his 90s, who would come and see me for routine urological checkups. But he was fine, guy was absolutely fit as a fiddle. Had nothing wrong with him, but would insist he needed to see me every three months, or sooner if he could, and it was simply because he was getting Viagra samples at every visit. And he was using them.
Wetzel: Some would write us: “I’m really upset that you brought out this drug. Now my husband is interested in sex all the time and this has disrupted everything.”
National Geographic’s Best Photos of 2017
Pay attention, when these guys say the best…they are not kidding!

A day of ups and downs: Bitcoins and Viagra.
Make that ups and ups.

Screw lightcoin, what kind of “coin” goes up with 100% in 24h???
Waiting for that one to go flaccid.
TravelBloggerBuzz says
Waiting for the generic lightcoin 🙂

From the Bitcoin article:
“A bar of gold. A disk of iron. A chain of beads. A card of plastic. A slip of cotton-linen paper. These things are worthless. One cannot eat them, or drink them, or use them as a blanket.”
I guess the author didn’t catch the credit-card-dress from yesterday’s post? lol
Great article – explained it in much simpler terms that are easier for my brain to comprehend. I’m not by any means a finance, currency, or investment expert – but I’m skeptical that this ends up in anything but a bust. I don’t have a dog in the fight though.

Short update:
I have some great links in the queue. Many more than usual. I am not sure why this is.
Every time I beat up on Gary he brings out some worthy content…but, every single time, it does not last and he gets back on credit card pumping and hideous Kardashian type posts.
I have lots I gotta do before I leave for Greece next week. I wish I had an intern.
But why would an intern spend any time here when it is not about the money? Having my worst month, only one card this month and $56 in Amazon (thanks sister in law). I am stating this here so maybe Ingy can deliver some more insults, they make my day 🙂
First real snow in Ann Arbor. No snow day, daughter is not happy!
Sad but expected news out for Fairmont’s Presidents Club.
Be excellent.

30k Southwest points to get my parents to Orlando for their Christmas present puts me just over 1 million burned in 2017. Also I’m finally rid of the 7 night Marriott package I’ve had for nearly 4 years…

I’ve occasionally gone to Milenerd from a link here but that’s been about it. Interesting post though. Not sure what to make of it.

SPG Business Guy says
Already approved, Buzzer. You can pop for that big Christmas tree this year.
TBBTheDude says
Actually…I just checked. You must be the one on December 7th. First one. GOLD
For a moment there, I thought you were numero dos.
With that type of conversion bang in my site…how will I ever get a mega offer from TPG, sad!

Countdown is on how long it will be before VFTW posts about another incident aboard a Southwest Plane?
Should I include Secret Flying into the Blogs To Ignore list…these guys are clickbait masters or what, WTF!

Gary likes to write about shit, piss, and Southwest. What an odd combo.
Secret Flying – oh jeez! I think they mine the FT Mileage Run forum for half their stuff. The rest – let’s see, here are some Momondo links where you won’t be able to get anything to work or book in the end…or links to normal ULCC stuff.

It only took a few hours for Gary to go back to what he does best:
Why Sapphire Preferred is Easier to Get Approved for Than Sapphire Reserve
Amazing thought leadership again…smh
