Welcome Million Mile Secrets readers!
Just kidding, not yet ๐
To keep my sanity and avoid burnout I think it is better for me to do my BUZZ posts following this schedule:
Monday – Covering blog action previous Friday-Saturday-Sunday
Wednesday – Covering blog action previous Monday and Tuesday
Friday – Covering blog action previous Wednesday and Thursday
This will make it a lot more manageable as it is quite comforting NOT having to publish EVERY day, something which I have done for ten months. I believe I missed no more than six days (most this week!) ever since I started blogging. I STILL go through all the blogs; it has become an addiction now.
I also intend to start working on some other posts relating to blog reviews, my recommended blogs and ones to avoid. And hopefully I can one day post my Trip Report to Banff and Jasper. Of course as my time allows…you know what this means ๐
Again, I appreciate all my readers and even my harshest critics. I know that being repeatedly threatened with legal action is, well, ridiculous and shows that TBB has hit a nerve.
And to all the readers who keep letting me know and asking how to help or to put my affiliate links up…I say patience. What is the rush? I need to find my groove and continue to manage to pull off producing a quality read here for everyone.
See you all Monday!

British economist John Maynard Keynes argued in General Theory of Employment Interest and Money that lower aggregate expenditures in the economy contributed to a massive decline in income and to employment that was well below the average. In such a situation, the economy reached equilibrium at low levels of economic activity and high unemployment.
Keynes’ basic idea was simple: to keep people fully employed, governments have to run deficits when the economy is slowing, as the private sector would not invest enough to keep production at the normal level and bring the economy out of recession. Keynesian economists called on governments during times of economic crisis to pick up the slack by increasing government spending and/or cutting taxes.

I am glad to know that you finally decide on a manageable blog working schedule. I always enjoy reading your blog and the comment section. I am reading the Intelligent Investor book for the first time, and should have read this many years ago (but was working two jobs). Hopefully, you can put in some “financial filler” posts/subjects from time to time. Thanks and have a good weekend George.
TravelBloggerBuzz says
That is a great book!
When I add some financial filler stuff it would be filler ๐
I am still not convinced I should be mixing the two areas of expertise. I have created a certain brand in my real job that I do not think it is enhanced by my miles/points addiction and frugal/find deals ways…
Next month at the financial blogger conference I intend to learn more about the blogging world and pick the brains of some colleagues who have been doing it a long time.
I am always looking to learn and improve. This is a journey and thank you so much for coming along for the ride and taking the time to comment.

You’re only going to hyper-pimp 3 days a week now?
TravelBloggerBuzz says
The Blog Review Buzz posts โ Yes! Time to turn this baby into true eclectic stuff lol.
Just got tired hyper pimping my anti affiliate link ads daily:-)
Unless you promise you will click the **it out of my own affiliate links…then I may reconsider lol.
That does not mean I will NOT be posting in the in between days! I will when I get to them and have a more open forum to blog about important stuff.
Thanks for reading and taking the time to comment. I need to go rest my legs, personal trainer today totally kicked my behind!

Who’s threatening legal action? Tell us so we can point and laugh at someone so ridiculous. (Or egg them on into an anti-SLAPP judgment.)
RAMSEY says
I wonder if its Noobtraveler……..
TravelBloggerBuzz says
It is NOT Noobtraveler. He appears to have common sense.
Subliminal message: I will let it go. Don’t make me blog about my personal experience. Spend all this time on improving your blog instead, geesh!
harvson3: Great link, this anti-SLAPP information!

Is it a blogger with an androgenous name?
bluecat says
Shoot, meant “androgynous”. Was trying to be too clever…
TravelBloggerBuzz says
I may reply to you on this…tomorrow. I was going to work on the blog tonight after just finishing the Buzz post…but I am too lazy, going to see a movie instead!
iahphx says
“Repeatedly threatened with legal action”? Jeez, there are some people in this business who need to take a chill pill. And read the First Amendment. If your blog was “illegal,” there sure wouldn’t be too many movie critics out there.
