Didn’t read everything yet, but I like the post on London hotels. It is fairly comprehensive, and for me it underlines the important point that getting to a destination is one thing, but accommodations in London and Paris and so forth, can be expensive.
That toilet restaurant reminds me, isn’t there some French movie which takes place in a large dining room where members of the upper class are seated on toilets ? OK sorry to bring it up but you started it.
