ANA keeps freaking me out with vague emails. 2 weeks ago it was a notice of cancellation and refund (because I’d upgraded the domestic portion of an award that uses SAS and they refunded the fuel charges I originally paid).Then yesterday I got an email telling me that my ANA first flight had a change in aircraft or operator. (I think they just changed to a different version of 777-300ER, which doesn’t change anything for us…
The design of the ANA emails remind me of the DOS era!
